From sign-up to audit-ready
in one minute a day.
Toolbox Minute runs the whole daily-training loop for you: schedule the day's lesson, get it in front of every worker, capture the completion, and make the record available to your people and your systems. Here's the full flow, step by step.
Six steps, fully automated
Add your crew
Import your roster by spreadsheet or add workers one at a time. Each person carries the external ID your own systems already use, so records line up later. Manage employees →
Schedule the day's minute
Pick a curriculum and Toolbox Minute lines up one lesson per working day — company-wide — from the 52-week plan. Apply a schedule template and you're done for the year. See the curriculum →
Workers get the link
At shift start, each worker gets a one-tap link to today's lesson — by daily email, or handed off from your own WMS/kiosk through a signed launch token. No app to install, no password to remember.
They watch & answer
One to two minutes of focused video, then a quick knowledge check. Big, gloves-on tap targets and a signal-yellow progress bar make it effortless on the floor.
Completion is recorded
When the worker hits your completion rule — by default 100% of the video and 100% on the quiz, within a retry limit — the completion, score, and timestamp are logged automatically. Every rule is a per-organization setting.
You're covered
Supervisors see who's done today at a glance, your systems can check status over the API before a shift, and you can export audit-ready reports anytime. See reporting →
What counts as “done” is your call
A completion only lands when a worker meets the rules you choose. Defaults are strict — full video, perfect quiz — but every threshold is adjustable per organization.
- Required video coverage (default 100%)
- Required quiz score (default 100%)
- Max retries per day (default 5)
- Work-ahead on/off, badge validity, lessons per week

We return the truth — you decide what to do with it
Toolbox Minute doesn't lock your turnstile or stop a clock-in. We run the lesson and tell you, truthfully, whether a worker finished today's minute. Your systems and supervisors decide what that means — gate a task, send a reminder, or just keep the record. You stay in control, including how you handle our occasional downtime.
