How are employees counted?
By active workers on your roster. Your base fee includes the first 10 ; beyond that it's a flat per-employee rate. Deactivated workers don't count.
What if my headcount changes?
Your bill follows your active roster automatically. Add or deactivate workers anytime and your next invoice reflects it — Stripe prorates the difference. Nothing to upgrade or downgrade.
What happens after the trial?
Add a card to continue. Your roster, history, and completion records carry over — nothing is lost when you convert from trial to paid.
