What we plan to build next for the developer platform. No dates are promised and the order can change; what moves an item up the list is hearing that a real integration needs it.
Planned
CSV export on report endpoints
A CSV format option on the reporting endpoints, so a compliance officer can pull activity, compliance, or badge data straight into a spreadsheet without anyone writing a JSON client. Same rows, same filters, same date ranges as the JSON responses, streamed as a download.
SSO / OIDC sign-in for admins
Single sign-on for the admin console through any OpenID Connect identity provider, such as Entra ID, Okta, or Google Workspace. Admins sign in with the company account they already have, and offboarding stays where it belongs: at your identity provider, not in another password list.
SCIM employee provisioning
A SCIM 2.0 endpoint so your HR system or identity provider can create, update, and deactivate employees automatically as people join, move, and leave. The employee management API already covers this if you poll and push yourself; SCIM makes it push based, standard, and zero maintenance.
Private per-developer sandbox tenants
A private sandbox tenant per developer account, with its own key and its own data, instead of the shared Acme Logistics tenant. Your test writes stay yours, other developers' experiments never show up in your reports, and resets happen on your schedule rather than at 04:00 UTC.
